Wow! just saw the board packet and response to the VRD (Very Rough Draft). I love saying "I told you so" and in fact I have a little song that goes with it that I sing to myself often and will gladly sing for you if you ask. In this case I am talking about the mix-ups with multiple versions of the planning documents...the WIKI could have solved this...but I understand the reluctance to trust the WIKI. Instead I propose we move the document to Google Docs and try collaboration there, the interface is less awkward...it looks a little like Word...is the current wiki current? I can move a copy from there or can Richard or Leeann send a copy to me or update the WIKI and let me know? I feel an itch for another meeting, maybe it is just a desire to recapture the energy of our ASTE/Tech Plan session in "The Librarians Suite."

I (Sheryl) agree that another meeting is appropriate, especially in light of the board passing a budget recently. We can see what resources are already available for next year, and start planning accordingly.
